Mentor compensation is $250 per placement — it's a real system, not a courtesy call.

Lead Track candidates are career changers who come with documented safety backgrounds from manufacturing, logistics, or regulated environments, plus four weeks of hyperscale-specific training and all three milestone assignments completed. They bring documentation discipline, OSHA compliance mindset, and the certifications you require. Some Direct Track candidates have prior field hours.
Safety Coordinator, Site Safety Observer, EHS Technician, Safety Monitor, and Safety Specialist roles on data center and mission-critical construction projects. Most candidates target $70K-$90K base with openness to contract structures and per diem arrangements.
Direct Track candidates who already hold their certifications can be submitted within days. Lead Track candidates complete a 4-week program cycle. Fill out the form with your timeline and our team will respond within 24-48 hours with what's in the pipeline.
