Package 1 — Training Foundation

After enrollment you receive your Package 1 materials: a custom Welcome Letter, the DC Safety Crash Course PDF, the OSHA 30 Crash Course PDF, and your Milestone Assignment Packet. This is your foundation. Study the crash courses, earn your four certifications, and complete your three assignments. Nothing advances until this phase is fully done.

Gate 1 — Submit All 6 Required Items

This is a hard stop. You must submit all six items before anything else unlocks: your Procore CCMP certificate, NFPA 70E certificate, First Aid/CPR/AED certificate, completed JHA, corrective action report with OSHA citation, and your 4–8 minute toolbox talk recording. All six are verified by our team. Once confirmed, we issue your MCSP OSHA 30 Certificate and release Package 2.

Package 2 — Validation Phase

Package 2 contains your DC Safety Quiz and OSHA 30 Quiz (20 questions each, 75% to pass, immediate retake allowed) plus your Professional Reference Request Form. Pass both quizzes and return your completed reference form. That's Gate 2 — and it unlocks Package 3 and your Readiness Call.

Package 3 & Readiness Call — Career Build Phase

Package 3 is where your career documents are built: your resume, recruiter screening script, LinkedIn and job platform guide, 1099/S-Corp setup guide, reference document, MCSP OSHA 30 Certificate, and MCSP Certificate of Completion. Then your Readiness Call happens — a final review with our team to confirm you're placement-ready. After the call, you'll receive a Feedback Survey and Referral Form. The Placement Track is opt-in from here.

Placement Track — You're Ready. We Get to Work.

Once you opt into the Placement Track, our team gets to work building your full submission package: a custom Recruiter One-Sheet, your complete Certs & ID File, your approved resume, and a Letter of Recommendation signed personally by Desmond Walker, CCMP. You'll complete two mock interviews with our team before anything goes to employers. Once you're cleared, you become an Active Submission — your profile goes to our network of GC contacts, data center owners, and safety recruiters. Once placed, you receive a Mentor One Pager, a Hiring Company One Pager, and a custom Inspirational Letter. Your dedicated phone mentor calls the evening before Day 1, sends a written summary, checks in at 30 days, and closes out at 60 days.

Most programs stop at placement. MCSP starts there. Every placed candidate is assigned a dedicated mentor reachable by phone — with structured calls at Day 1, Day 30, and Day 60.

Mentor Assigned & Fully Equipped

Upon placement, you're assigned a dedicated program mentor reachable by phone. Your mentor receives a complete package: Hiring Company One Pager (role, site expectations, contact chain, work environment), Mentor Duties Outline (Day 1/30/60 cadence, communication expectations, escalation rules, scope limitations), Mentor Fee Agreement ($250 stipend, Day 1–60 scope, confidentiality), and MCSP Contact & Emergency Procedures (escalation chain, jobsite emergency protocol, safety incident handling).

Day 1 — Orientation Call + Written Summary

The evening before your first day, your mentor calls to confirm onboarding status, review job expectations, identify any early risks, and establish your communication rhythm. That same evening they send you a written Day 1 summary so nothing gets missed.

30-Day Check-In Call

Performance and safety check. Supervisor relationship review. Retention risk assessment. Any issues are escalated immediately.

60-Day Retention Review

Stability evaluation, career trajectory review, final performance summary. Active monitoring closes out. You exit with your placement confirmed and your foundation built.

Alumni Mentor Pathway

Top performers are invited back as program mentors — earning a $250 stipend per placement while building the next generation of MCSP candidates.

The 4-week intensive is self-paced — most candidates complete it working part-time alongside their current job. Add time for your OSHA 30 (typically 1-2 weeks) and Procore CCMP (about 12 hours via LinkedIn Learning's free trial). Most candidates go from enrollment to placement-ready in 6-10 weeks.
The application is completely free. Program investment is discussed on your intro call — we go over both tiers, what's included in each, and help you choose the right one. There's no pressure and no obligation to enroll on the call.
MCSP candidates are placed in Safety Coordinator, Site Safety Observer, EHS Technician, Safety Monitor, and Safety Specialist roles on data center and mission-critical construction projects. Starting salaries range from $70K to $100K with per diem and overtime regularly pushing total comp higher.
Yes. The JHA, corrective action report, and toolbox talk recording are required for every candidate regardless of track. Direct Track candidates skip the 4-week intensive but complete all three assignments. These go into your employer submission package and recruiters notice.
